TheXYZStore - Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by TheXYZStore, including but not limited to proxies, servers, and networking infrastructure.

By using our services, you agree to comply with:

  • All applicable laws and regulations

  • This AUP

  • The terms of any third-party platforms you access

TheXYZStore operates as a neutral infrastructure provider and does not control or direct customer activity.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use our services for any activity that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party terms.

Restricted Use Cases

The following categories represent common examples of prohibited use and are not exhaustive. You may not use our services for any activity:

  • Resource Abuse

    • Excessively consumes bandwidth, CPU, or network resources beyond normal usage

    • Interferes with other customers or infrastructure stability

    • Attempts to overload, stress test, or degrade systems without authorization

  • Banking or financial account access

  • Regulated financial platforms

  • Any high-risk or compliance-sensitive services

  • Platform & Service Abuse

    • Multi-account farming or artificial engagement

    • Using services on platforms that explicitly prohibit proxies

    • Abuse that degrades network performance or stability

  • Spam & Unsolicited Communications

    • Bulk email campaigns (spam)

    • Unsolicited messaging or outreach

    • Abuse of communication systems

  • Cybersecurity Violations

    • Hacking, exploitation, or unauthorized access

    • Malware distribution (viruses, ransomware, etc.)

    • DDoS attacks or network abuse

  • Fraud & Abuse

    • Phishing, impersonation, or identity theft

    • Financial fraud or deceptive practices

    • Account takeovers or credential stuffing

  • Scraping & Unauthorized Data Collection

    • Scraping or collecting data from platforms that prohibit it

    • Accessing APIs or websites in violation of their Terms

    • Automated access to restricted services (e.g. social media, .gov sites)

  • Circumvention & Automation Abuse

    • Bypassing anti-bot systems, rate limits, or access controls

    • Running scripts or automation designed to evade detection

    • Interfering with platform safeguards

  • Ticketing & Botting

    • Automated ticket purchasing or scalping

    • Circumventing queue systems, CAPTCHAs, or purchase limits

    • Any violation of the BOTS Act or ticketing platform rules

  • Brute Forcing

    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts via brute force attacks, credential stuffing, or password guessing is strictly prohibited.

  • Market & Financial Manipulation

    • Use of services to manipulate markets, pricing systems, or financial platforms is prohibited.

  • Illegal Marketplaces

    • Use of services in connection with illegal marketplaces, illicit goods, or unlawful commerce is strictly prohibited.

  • Harassment/Abuse

    • Use of services for harassment, abuse, or targeting individuals or organizations is prohibited.

  • Advertising & Click Fraud

    • You may not use our services to generate fraudulent ad impressions, clicks, or traffic, including:

      • Artificially inflating advertising metrics

      • Manipulating affiliate or tracking systems

      • Generating non-genuine user activity


  • Use of proxies for the purpose of appearing as a residential or legitimate user to bypass platform safeguards is strictly prohibited where such behavior violates platform terms or applicable laws.


  1. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

    • You must comply with the Terms of Service of any platform you access.

    • Using our services to violate another platform’s rules is strictly prohibited.

  2. Add Misrepresentation / False Information

    • Customers may not:

      • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during signup or usage

      • Misrepresent their identity or intended use of services

    • TheXYZStore reserves the right to suspend accounts based on inaccurate or unverifiable information.

  3. Third-Party Complaints

    • TheXYZStore may take action based on complaints received from third parties, including but not limited to:

      • Platforms

      • Partners of TheXYZStore

      • Network Providers

      • Abuse Monitoring Organizations

    • We are not required to validate or disclose complaint details prior to enforcement.

  4. No Guarantee of Platform Compatibility

    • TheXYZStore does not guarantee that its services will function with any specific website, platform, or service.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their intended use case.

  5. Jurisdictional Compliance

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of services complies with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction.

  6. Enforcement & Monitoring

    • We enforce this policy strictly and reserve the right to:

      • Suspend or terminate services at any time

      • Act on abuse reports or suspicious activity

      • Investigate traffic anomalies or high-risk usage

      • Preserve account data where legally required

    • Violations may result in:

      • Immediate suspension

      • Permanent termination

      • Loss of service without refund

  7. Customer Responsibility

    • You are fully responsible for all activity under your account

    • You must ensure your use complies with all laws and policies

    • You agree to indemnify TheXYZStore against claims arising from misuse

  8. Resale & Redistribution

    • Customers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute TheXYZStore services without prior written approval.

    • Approved resellers remain fully responsible for all downstream users and must enforce this Acceptable Use Policy.

    • TheXYZStore reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in unauthorized redistribution.

  9. Network Integrity & IP Reputation

    • Customers may not use services in any way that damages IP reputation or causes blacklisting.

    • Prohibited behavior includes:

      • Excessive failed requests or flagged traffic patterns

      • Activities leading to IP bans or trust score degradation

      • Repeated abuse complaints tied to assigned IPs

    • TheXYZStore reserves the right to reassign or revoke IP access at any time to protect network health.

  10. Right to Refuse Service

    • TheXYZStore reserves the right to:

      • Deny service to any customer at its sole discretion

      • Request additional verification or use-case clarification

      • Refuse high-risk or unclear use cases

    • Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination.

  11. Abuse Thresholds

    • Accounts generating repeated abuse signals, including but not limited to:

      • Multiple third-party complaints

      • High-risk traffic patterns

      • Repeated policy violations

    • May be suspended without prior warning. TheXYZStore is not obligated to provide evidence prior to enforcement.

  12. Limited Monitoring & Privacy

    • TheXYZStore does not actively monitor customer traffic content in the ordinary course of business.

    • However, we reserve the right to:

      • Monitor metadata and usage patterns

      • Investigate abuse or suspicious activity

      • Comply with legal obligations

  13. Legal Compliance & Cooperation

    • TheXYZStore may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required.

    • This may include:

      • Providing account-related information

      • Preserving logs or activity data

      • Suspending services during investigation

  14. Service Interruptions Due to Violations

    • Service interruptions resulting from AUP violations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or SLA claims.

  15. Content & Intellectual Property Violations

    • You may not use our services to distribute, host, or facilitate access to content that:

      • Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.)

      • Violates applicable content laws or regulations

    • This includes unauthorized streaming, file sharing, or distribution of protected content.

  16. Reporting Abuse

    • Please state in your request that your concern relates to the company XYZStore via email to order@thexyzstoredelivery.com

  17. Updates

    • We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
